A Transformative Journey

Originally designed and built by Concept Marine in Istanbul in 2010, Thanuja embarked on an extraordinary transformation under our care. The client’s brief was ambitious: an eight-metre extension taking the yacht from 42 to 50 metres, a full renovation of the owner’s cabin, a complete teak deck replacement, and a comprehensive overhaul of the electrical and piping systems. Finished with a full repaint, the project was nothing short of a complete rebuild.

Over three years, we retained only a fraction of the original components - select AC chillers, navigation screens, and roughly two-thirds of the hull - crafting a vessel that feels entirely new, yet carries the soul of its heritage.

Design Excellence

The refit’s success owes much to our collaboration with world-class designers. Hamburg-based Katharina Raczek Design reimagined the interiors, infusing the owner’s cabin and living spaces with bespoke luxury. Meanwhile, iYachts, also from Hamburg, sculpted the exterior lines and engineered the structural enhancements, ensuring Thanuja is as striking as she is seaworthy.
